Einstein Bros. Bagels Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Money is the best compensation.

Review from Sales Dept

Having the ability to go to the doctor without worrying about the insurance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I yens to acquire PTO much quicker than the store managers.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My pay is dependent on tips which can drastically vary. Our base pay should reflect the economy. If I were on my own I would not be able to afford basic necessities. I genuinely enjoy my job. The hours work great for me.

I am actually certified and I am over qualified for my position, I would at least liked to be treated like a person rather than an object.

If I was given what I asked to work full time and paid a decent wage I can't survive off of $11 dollars an hour or even save money

I feel undervalued because u have never been written up, i have never no call no showed, i have covered every shift i have been asked and still make $500+ dollars less per patcheck than the trainees

I was the baker but also worked out front and was often doinh the job of several people including the managers

Review from Operations Dept

We werent paid enough at the bay area blvd lovation and it wasnt actually competitive oay my py was never risen according ti my work

Yes I do, my manager is unfair and discriminates against me and always yells at me.

Review from Operations Dept

I don't believe it's unreasonable to think that anyone who beats feet 8 hours a day 5 days a week should be self-sufficient and self supporting.

If they had kept me in the position I was, I would have no issues. This company needs to reevaluate their goals and business practices. Reward the good workers and punish the bad.

Both shift leads are unqualified and overpaid! Both smoke marajuana in bathroom and walk-in refrigerator.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel they do not pay high for the amount of work they need you to do . sometimes I am not appreciated as much as I should be for the work I do .
