Overall the experience has been ok. I would change a lot.

I yens to acquire PTO much quicker than the store managers.

Our team and the customers. We are like a big familybb

The down to earth and hands on approach from the districts upper management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company is trying to keep up with the times. Culturally they are doing ok. The technology could use some updating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team knows how to have fun. They tend to think of the workplace of more as a good time though. Not enough working in my opinion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a lot of turn over in the company as a whole. Store level management is constantly changing and the upper management team is going through some changes as well.
