What are some of the best things about your team?
they all help when I am stuck on a task. it makes me feel that I am part of "the" team and the satisfaction I get accomplishing my own tasks
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they speak to you one on one not like they are a boss which put me at ease and makes me want to get with the program and do work that will benefit the nation, the company, and my own pride knowing they value me and what I do
