Over 60% of the office has been fired for seemingly no reason - employees who were previously called "rockstars" were fired a month later with no notice or severance offered. Morale is at an all time low. Very little additional revenue has come in since the new Exec team took over

they stopped paying bonuses to regular employees years ago, there is no 401k matching at all, and when employees are laid off without cause they don't even get severance

CEO and his inner circle lie to customers. Turnover is so high, the customers will have reps change so quickly that they have no idea who to call. Management needs to trust people to do their jobs.

the new management team took over and started firing the most talented employees and hiring their friends with no expertise in the field, we need a new management team that cares about the company's future
