Electrolux Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Vacation time,and the 401k plan

Superannuation is the best part of package

Standard package. Good pension program

alimentacion, transporte, salud, comision, sueldo

Needs more Incentives to work harder

I feel I am paid appropriately for my role.

Better than my last one

The annually salary is good

pension benefits and medical aid options.

competitive bonus structure and transparent process

Medical insurance is good at industry standards

benefit package with great health insurance

Salary is competitive, great 401k, 3 weeks of vacation to start, good medical benefits.

The way company matches 401k and quickly the money is consider vested.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

the KPIS sohould be more relevant to the job decriptions

Health plans differ too much from one location to another. Also, it should put the relatives in the same situation if it were accepted by the employe to pay that conseguent rates.

There is no chance for advancement at Electrolux, promoting from within and training rarely happens.

Fair pay and better leadership

Need to shut down the building

I feel too many people stand around and get paid the same as people who actually work hard every day. I feel the easier jobs that allow for standing around should get paid at least $1 less than the positions who don't have down time, and are actually hard work.

Improve communication. Hire leaders for their ability to inspire and energize high performance versus just militant intimidation for results. Reward the performers that achieved the results not just the leaders who report and take credit for them.

If i didnt have to do other peoples job

to be paid up to par to the market.

If i was able to actually able to log in and check my pay stubs

I don't get even a thank you from managers

Electrolux does not compensate employees based on tenure or education. The majority of employees are not even eligible for annual bonuses. The small merit increases annually don't equate to the cost of living increases.

I feel I’m paid less than my pee

More vacation time, permanent work from home

Salaries are fair, but benefits overall are lacking. 401K match and health insurance are at or below industry average.

Too many people receiving favorites from others. The Kinston factory is a good example. The plant manager allows those around her to benefit instead of promoting people that have the talent, she promotes those that she likes. Most of those that work for her are her neighbors and friends.
