Its not the best environment. Sr Managment is completely tone deaf and offer no help or any resources you need to fonyour job.

Just work and not worry about the "high school" drama.

Can not keep help. Pay is bad, no real training. People leave within a year, repeat.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading in general. Electrolux likes to fail upwards. So its who who know and not what you know. Plus they are mot competitive with pay in the area.
