Fair pay and better leadership
Its been a long time. So i can't remember
Just work and not worry about the "high school" drama.
Can not keep help. Pay is bad, no real training. People leave within a year, repeat.
Leading in general. Electrolux likes to fail upwards. So its who who know and not what you know. Plus they are mot competitive with pay in the area.
