ElectroNeek is a company with great potential, which supports its employees to achieve their goals; necessary to create processes and standardize activities

It's a start-up, so there aren't many processes that one can follow. The fast-paced environment I'm afraid only works one way: you had to adapt quickly to change but a promotion/salary increase can take months to happen (if you are in luck, they are usually rejected).
