ElectroNeek is a company with great potential, which supports its employees to achieve their goals; necessary to create processes and standardize activities
It's a start-up, so there aren't many processes that one can follow. The fast-paced environment I'm afraid only works one way: you had to adapt quickly to change but a promotion/salary increase can take months to happen (if you are in luck, they are usually rejected).
ElectroNeek has a very rich work culture that thrives on Diversity. It is exciting to be engaged with colleagues across the globe and contribute in a high performance tech growth environment. Award winning ElectroNeek Platform and learning through work under our CEO's able guidance is invaluable.
