Executive Bio

Mr. Blake J. Jorgensen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Electronic Arts Inc. since September 2012. Mr. Jorgensen served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Levi Strauss & Co. from July 1, 2009 to August 17, 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo! Inc. (Now known as Altaba Inc.) from June 4, 2007 to July 1, 2009. Mr. Jorgensen co-founded Thomas Weisel Partners LLC (formerly, Thomas Weisel Partners Group Inc) in 1998 and served as its Chief Operating Officer and Co-Director, Investment Banking since January 2002. He was a Partner and served as Co-Director of Investment Banking and Chief Operating Officer of Thomas Weisel Asset Management, LLC, where he was instrumental in managing all aspects of the publicly traded investment bank. He also managed the investment bank's relationships with key investors and several strategic alliances with international partners. Mr. Jorgensen was Partner and served as Director of Private Placements of Thomas Weisel Partner LLC from October 1998 to January 2002. Prior to Thomas Weisel Partners, he served as a Managing Director and Principal in Corporate Finance Department of Montgomery Securities from December 1996 to September 1998. He served as an Independent Management Consultant to global corporations and as Manager of MAC Group/Gemini Consulting and Marakon Associates. Mr. Jorgensen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University with a major in Economics and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
