Mr. Kenneth A. Barker, also known as Ken, has been Senior Vice President of Electronic Arts Inc. since April 2006 and its Chief Accounting Officer since June 2003. Mr. Barker served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Arts Inc. since February 2012 and served as its Vice President since June 2003 until April 2006. Prior thereto, he was employed at Sun Microsystems Inc. as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer from October 2002 to June 2003 and Assistant Corporate Controller from April 2000 to September 2002. Prior to that, he was an audit partner at Deloitte. Mr. Barker graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA degree in Accounting.
