Work is rewarding due to helping cancer patients, but our salaries dwindled every year. Even on years where I have been promoted, my salary has increased by less than inflation.
Micro management, excessive meetings, always checking your location. If this level of management is needed please track your employees.
Old fashioned technology not keeping up with the times.
Great work team hard driving on business objectives. The work is spread over fewer employees which means you rise fast or burn out quick. The work culture is good though and most if not all employees are independent self starters who focus on helping each other solve problems.
