Elementum has a fun and family friendly culture. Good maternity leave, understanding of coworkers whose kids are home sick from school, etc.

The company keeps trying new things and innovating their product and strategy. No matter the setback, leaders are constantly improving and moving forward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my supervisor is always available to offer coaching and advice about my current position and even potential positions in my future. I'm able to be consistently getting better.
