That is a tough question to answer! It's been a wild ride but the one unchanging factor has been the quality of our team and my connection to the culture. Even with the roller coaster that tech can be, the team has maintained a fun and positive environment. That's really all you can ask!

I love the lightheartedness that we bring to team meetings and slack channels. The team is very focused but never afraid to make fun of ourselves or have a good time.
