Super dynamic and high-performing culture, with an emphasis on the people and winning together.

Brilliant minds with no ego - our leadership is an amazing blend of driven yet compassionate.

Especially for a start up, I find the comp package to be very competitive (with an emphasis on pre-IPO stock).

It is a motivational environment. A lot is expected of you, but you feel like leadership is invested in your personal success.

Humble leadership with a focus on transparency. Sets the bar for any organization I have worked at (both Fortune 100 and start ups).

The communication and camaraderie is fantastic! Feels like we are all in one big team even cross-functionally, all aligned to the same goals.

The people, followed by the work I get to do, followed by the company solving meaningful problems and providing real value to it's customers.

I feel like I work at an organization that pays for performance. I believe my compensation is directly a reflection of my contributions, and feels fairly (and generously!) prioritized!

They are extremely thoughtful and strategic about steering the ship. I appreciate that we seem to be looking down the road and around corners consistently to make sure we are on the right path today.

There are multiple opportunities a year to get recognized, and it is a meritocracy. I know what it takes to do well, and I see those who are excelling get recognized. It's a motivational environment.

We have the best team in the business. Talented, collaborative, and all invested in a common goal. It feels like you are working together instead of against each other. Drama is not welcome here!

There is a good balance of focus on relentless execution and light hearted camaraderie. I have noticed flexibility and trust is high for top performers. Elementum is a company that genuinely feels like they care about me and my family.

I feel everyone I work with is genuinely a good person and that they are pulling in the same direction as I am. It feels like a true team, where we are in this together. It is a highly motivational environment as a result.

I like feeling like I make a difference, and I truly feel impactful at Elementum. Not only do I believe my contributions matter, but I feel like I receive the recognition from my manager and peers as well. Additionally, I get to work with other top performers, which genuinely makes work more fun.
