I appreciate that we do performance reviews twice per year with very clear feedback. I know exactly what I need to do to receive a compensation increase. I also like the matching 401k :)

I can see the work that I do directly translate to the success of the business. There's no wasted time. The work I do directly connects to building a better product and growing our customer base.

It's extremely transparent. We know the company's financial health, the business performance, the goals, what gets talked about at Board meetings, the risks & challenges. There's no surprises. We're all fully in the "know," which allows us to focus on solving the right types of problems.

It's clear they want us to be successful the right way. There's no shortcuts. They really are committed to making a great product that leads to very happy customers. They also lead by example, rolling up their sleeves and directly contributing to the success of the team.
