There are a lot of things I like and love about my job and where I work. Not everything is perfect; which is really a normal thing I would think. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, even though things are not all quite I would like them to be.

Willingness of all (engineering) to work together and help each other be successful. It's not even a thing we have to work on; it's just there.
