I think I am paid fairly and they try to keep it inline with market value.

I think they are passionate and hungry which is very important at this stage of a start up.

People on the team are generally easy to get along with and open to conversations and feedback. They are kind and easy to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the team is the most positive. It is built with people who are hardworking, kind and all in. You feel like everyone is pulling together.
