I am very happy working at Elementum. It has an awesome vision, fantastic people, and great perks. There are things that I think Elementum could do better -- improved paternal leave, PTO, etc -- but Elementum tries in areas like taking care of people that other companies only pay lip service to.

That people seem to care about each other. That the company seems to care about its people.

The monetary compensation is great, the equity package meaningful, and benefit package solid. The compensation package is good.

That we can laugh together, and work hard together. If people need help, my team is there willing to step in and help.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to work with talented individuals, and that I get to drive forward an area in a meaningful way. Make a big difference to the product and company.
