What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone at Elementum is a high performer that I fully trust. Each person is helpful, kind, and a pleasure to be around. They are people that I genuinely enjoy spending time with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is almost always a tradeoff between choosing a higher salary and more equity, but this has not been my experience at Elementum. The complete compensation package is extremely attractive from top to bottom, and exceeded my expectations.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what we do at Elementum and how we accomplish those goals. We solve complex real-world problems daily. I love being able to be a part of this and see how this impacts real people first hand.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Elementum's leadership is very approachable and always honest and open with the company. I love having an honest snapshot of where we're at as a company, what is on our horizon, and how I, myself, can help contribute to our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a clear focus on working hard and our team has a very fast pace. This could easily become overwhelming and result in burnout, but there is also a clear emphasis that work is not our life and that we need to take time to recharge and focus on ourselves and our families.
