I truly regret joining this company, but in this economy I feel stuck.I am well compensated, but I feel like I've lost my family and my joy in the process. It's nice to have parties, lunch, and t shirts, but it doesn't replace the fact that I work 60+ hours a week.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Incredibly hard workers, who are extremely intelligent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In office lunches and fun fridays.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are selling well beyond our capabilities and pushing timelines that our customers don't want and require our company to run ragged.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work life balance. Nearly every weekend and weeknight the majority of employees are working just to stay afloat.. I'd say focus less on perks and more on realistic, repeatable work.
