- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management has only ever worked at Elevated Third. They are clueless about how other companies function and arent interested in learning.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They used their bonus program as a barganing point to get me to take less money. Three weeks after they hired me, they announced major layoffs and that there was no money for bonuses. Frauds.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They want to be a digital agency. They hire people from digital agencies. They don't listen to people from digital agencies.
