Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The upper management hires you for a specific skillset and then don't trust you can deliver without their coaching.
I don't really feel undervalued; some equity of some sort would be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration
Very friendly, excellent communication, great easygoing culture, smart people everywhere who work hard every day.

Less focus from the CEO on culture. Meetings are held almost weekly to "improve culture" without any real difference.
