What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonus and base salary are goid

My salary and bonus is the best part. The health benefits are expensive.

The benefits, health care provider and vacation time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no stock options for global director level, which is a standard elsewhere. There is a very low concern about retention so long term incentive plans are only given to those who are the highest performers, which is a very unusual rating for most people.
