I enjoy my co-workers very much.

Nice facility with great people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Non-punitive environment and implementing a servant leader policy along with zero tolerance for jerks

It is a German company with a German-first attitude. The US staff is not equal to German staff and many of the decisions that are made are unilateral. Opportunities for growth are non-existant for US staff, especially if you are female.

Better tools and support from upper management
