People are very friendly and always willing to help

Direct Manger is great. Higher up management seems nice but we have very little interaction with them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is on the low side, but career is very stable due to projects being across so many fields
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Emerson Process Management is great at "trial by fire." If you are good at learning on the go by trial and error, you will do great. But if you are looking for more structured guidance, Emerson could use improvement.
