There is incredible high turnover in the ranks because nothing ever changes and new developments are few and far between. Accountability needs to be instituted, but it needs to start at the top. Leadership expects rank and file employees to solve problems but provides no direction or support.

The pull through Fidelity provides is the only reason eMoney is showing growth. Without them eMoney would be in serious trouble. We have fallen far behind in product competitiveness. Engineering is almost half the employee base, but gets nothing done. A total shakeup is needed.
