What did you like most about the interview process?Real easy, we all get asked 3 questions and get hired immediately. Generic questions everyone gets asked.
What are some of the best things about your team?Awesome awesome people. Always gonna have that bad apple but for the most part it's great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?There's someone there from literally everywhere
What does the leadership team need to get better at?We need to promote the people who have been successful in the field or hands on with the customers. Not play politics. Move up the people who deserve it and who can truly help the company move forward. It starts at the top, of the top is crooked , his work will be reflected at the lowest level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?This alvin site gets paid about $20/hr per agent and only pay the agents $10/hr while also holding out on bonuses because they never receive the funds. But In all actuality, it has been confirmed that they do receive the bonus money and choose not to pay. Look at the supervisors we lost b/c of this.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We get along, horrible management causes intentional tension.
