Greedy and out of touch upper management. Pay people better if you truly want to prevent high turnover and unhappy employees.
Actually leading rather than waste everyones time with unproductive meetings and phone calls. Don't be afraid to call out individuals who are not performing their job appropriately. It is horrible to call out an entire team when everyone knows who the problem is.
Identifying mid management that do not exhibit the companies defined values and transformed culture and making them accountable.
Leadership doesn't seem to care about their employees. They should realize that as a service based company they should value their employees and work on retaining those with company and business knowledge.

Earning a decent wage since i am paid about 40% below the industry average for my role.
Compensation should match match expectations. The functions being performed far out number the functions to find in the job role, in quantity and in level of responsibility. You cannot pay people for something described on paper and then expect them to do above and beyond. Compensate accordingly.
Medical benefits way too expensive.

It is differnet now these days.
Customers are upset they wait 30 mins to talke to a rep. Also interest rates are no where near industry average
Bad strategy. Bad prioroties by management.
When you have an exceptional employee who is qualified for a job, regardless of whether they have been a manager, or a lead in the past, give that person the job. Don't promote someone to a leadership position in a department they have never worked in before.
