What did you like most about the interview process?In the situation I was in, I couldn't just give 2 weeks notice and I told them about that. They were fine with it and gave me as long as I needed to get things in order before my start date.
What makes you most happy at work?I love the variety of people I work with. It's always something a little different. If I have something I need help with, I can ask any of my coworkers and someone will step up to help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Customers are upset they wait 30 mins to talke to a rep. Also interest rates are no where near industry average
