I have great manager, very communicative
They are inclusive and down to earth. I can reach out to anyone in the company and get a quick response almost every time.
They are always willing to help and teach you

The annual bonus is great!
Unlimited paid time off is great. If your doing your job you have the freedom to balance your life as you wish

Everyone is supportive and does not throw each other under the bus

We genuinely like each other and can turn to each other with questions and are willing to help each other. It is not competitive.

Recruiter was great, tried to warn me looking back.
I was hired to a company that merged with empower
In the situation I was in, I couldn't just give 2 weeks notice and I told them about that. They were fine with it and gave me as long as I needed to get things in order before my start date.

I love the variety of people I work with. It's always something a little different. If I have something I need help with, I can ask any of my coworkers and someone will step up to help.
