Broadly, I enjoy myself. I think I could be challenged a little more. I'm not entirely sure about my job security or chance of advancement, and I'd love if my manager brought these up more often.

My team is incredibly supportive and is invested in my goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly and seems genuinely concerned with my goals outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I am paid a fair wage, but I think the health insurance package could be better, mostly a lower deductible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel leadership does a great job at making you feel like your well-being is important and that they are invested in that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I want to know more about what the leadership team is thinking on a daily/weekly basis. I feel like they are nice, but I'm not sure what is important to them about our success.
