I love my job and the opportunity to build and hold relationships with customers and targets. I feel as if I receive proper support I could accomplish alot more. Branch needs to be staffed correctly to be able to succeed as well as supply and demand needs to improve.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Company seems to have great ideas and would be fun to work for if was properly staffed and given proper support. Supply and demand issues have been a strong challenge making job defensive instead of trying to be more offensive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Branch is understaffed and affects daily procedures.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most coworkers and customers are wonderful people I enjoy talking to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Direct Manager and warehouse workers are amazing and very supportive. Opps is a struggle to find support along with others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct manager goes above and beyond daily to help but is very limited due to branch being severely understaffed. Zero support from Opps manager.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Supply and Demand is making my job and relationships a struggle along with lack of support from some branch support. Branch has been understaffed since Day 1
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Direct boss is awesome but limited due to branch being understaffed. Opps is zero help. Warehouse is wonderful. Don't have a CSR but job would be alot better if branch was properly staffed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct boss is always available for questions or support but after that the support is extremely thin. Very hard to get support from the people who I should be getting it from.
