We support each other and we are a line on the goals for our branch.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my position, the commission is key and motivates to keep pushing the sales. Benefits, Car program and perks could be better
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall, I like the teamwork and support that we get, easy to talk to them and the guidelines that they present. I feel that I'm part of what we are building. They are very open to our needs and offer solutions to issues that arise.
