Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience has been extremely positive over the two years I've been employed at Emser Tile. I had the opportunity to relocate very early in my career and the freedom to build my team. Although we face challenges, Emser is very flexible when it comes to finding a solution to satisfy our customers.

The motivation and collaboration from the entire team.

The autonomy to make decisions and run the business.

The people I work with and the customers I interact with on a daily basis are fantastic.

The ability to control your earnings. The more effort you put into your work, the more you make.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very family oriented and thoughtful of the employees. Treated like a person and nut a number on a P&L.

The leadership team gives you the autonomy to run your business and will support the decisions we make in the field to grow sales.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensated fairly to be away from my family due to traveling every month. I have not received a bonus check yet due to time in position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The partners treat every employee with respect regardless of the title. Very family-oriented company that makes you feel like you are an asset to the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the culture and the support provided from all leadership. I can pick up the phone and call any individual in the company including the partners.
