What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very fair and always seems to have even more upside. If My area does better, then I do better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Building great teams and seeing them grow. Also, seeing individuals fully grasp the opportunity they have and make it their own.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very involved and ready to assist with whatever roadblocks get in our way. Balance between corporate direction and everyday support works well for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am allowed to run my area of the business as my own. My team and I work together to provide support and help to our branches and we are ultimately in charge of our direction, success and sales.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like I said earlier, we are given the leeway to run our business as we see fit. That is very different than having a corporate entity dictate what should be done in each market. We have the ability to contort what we do to best maximize our share in each market
