What makes you most happy at work?
I like to stay busy. Finding a new project to complete and seeing the before and after progress is very fulfilling!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very easy going, very understandable! They care about you and what is going on in your life. They care about the company and the goals we've set as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The relationships that we are pushed to make and are already established is the biggest win I've seen with Emser. Everyone is so kind and does everything in their power to help one another.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of laziness that goes on. Some comments can also be made that should be kept to one's self. Communication is key and nobody communicates to the person they're having the issue with, always about them behind their back. Some confrontation from employees as well as management is needed.
