
I have grown within the company and have worn many different hats. Each one brought it's own new and exciting challenges that have allowed me to experience different sides of the business. It has given me a great perspective on how to get things done.
My time at Emser has been a journey of opportunity and growth. I have always been on the lookout for advancement within the company and networked with other within the company for guidance and support to achieve that growth.

The branch team looks out for one another and shares responsibilities. When one of us may start to feel overwhelmed we can share the burden amongst the team. At no point do any of us feel like we are stuck on our own.

There is an open door policy at Emser that allows all of us to call or email anyone on the leadership team with ideas or concerns. The team will always have the conversation to at the very least understand where we are coming from and address whatever the issue may be.
We all have our own obstacles to overcome but are all working towards the same goals. I know that I can depend on them to do their job and if there is an issue with what I am doing they are willing to offer insight on how to accomplish that task.
