I have grown within the company and have worn many different hats. Each one brought it's own new and exciting challenges that have allowed me to experience different sides of the business. It has given me a great perspective on how to get things done.

My time at Emser has been a journey of opportunity and growth. I have always been on the lookout for advancement within the company and networked with other within the company for guidance and support to achieve that growth.

Emser has provided me with the opportunity to promote into many different roles and responsibilities in different locations. I have not been locked into a dead-end job at Emser and have had opportunities to work towards making my life successful.

The accessibility to anyone on the executive team and their availability to answer any questions has been a great way to understand the direction the company is moving in.

Emser 's leadership team is willing and able to work with those of us in the branches beyond just making a sale. They are invested in our employee's well being.

We are always striving to do better, by our customers and our employee's. Employees are encouraged to try new things with different methods. We understand that one size does not fit all.

What makes me happy about work is knowing that what I do makes other people's job easier and contribute to their success. I can offer support and mentorship through direct or indirect communication.

One of the perks that I have taken advantage of is the HSA account. Not only is this a pretax account that can be invested for future medical expenses, Emser contributes to the account as well.

The new challenges and unexpected obstacles that can happen daily. I thrive on the challenges and while there is a routine at Emser there are always things that break up any sense of the job becoming monotonous.

There is an open door/ open phone line that is available to anyone in the management team. If there is ever a question, concern or an idea that needs to be brought to their attention, they are always there.

Knowing my work has value brings me joy in the job I do. There is no "busy work" at Emser. Everything that is accomplished throughout the day is a necessary step to improving the our brand in some way.

The 401K and health benefit packages are one of the best in the industry. The ability to navigate either one with a simple app means that I always know when I have to schedule a Dr's appt or check in on my retirement savings.

The branch team looks out for one another and shares responsibilities. When one of us may start to feel overwhelmed we can share the burden amongst the team. At no point do any of us feel like we are stuck on our own.

One of the more positive aspects about the culture and environment is knowing that you are not alone in working towards achieving our individual goals. We are surrounded by a team, from leadership to new hires, that are all willing to support one another towards those goals.

That we are striving to make improvements not only in the company but for the employees that work here. If we can make our sales and operations teams job easier and more efficient then we have achieved our goals. I feel we are all striving to that end.

There is an open door policy at Emser that allows all of us to call or email anyone on the leadership team with ideas or concerns. The team will always have the conversation to at the very least understand where we are coming from and address whatever the issue may be.

We all have our own obstacles to overcome but are all working towards the same goals. I know that I can depend on them to do their job and if there is an issue with what I am doing they are willing to offer insight on how to accomplish that task.
