They are flexible, energetic and open to hearing the views and concerns of their employees .

I feel that increased staffing in certain branches would help alleviate the workload and make us more efficient as a team
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed at a young age for an entry level position. The company has changed a lot and the interviewing and employee vetting has become more in depth . I'm honestly not sure if I would pass the interview process today.
