Excellent. I had been in big box retail management for over 20 years. Although work can be stressful, it is completely different. The only anxiety I feel now is a pressure I pout on myself to perform. My wife often talks about how much happier I am at home.

That the company values me as an employee. It is not uncommon to get a phone call from one of the partners just because they wanted to check in with me.

We are an incredibly inclusive team. The input from all levels is not only encouraged but valued. Our team recognizes that the best ideas typically come from the field. This inclusion allows us to grow and pivot quickly as we do so.
