Our team is family, work is easier when with family!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Professional, personable team, that gets to know their teams from the bottom up, Ive had nothing but great experiences since joining the team, and hoping for many more to come.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structuring is fantastic with Emser, I came from a company that did away with all of the bonus structuring below the corporate level, and this company rewards its teams, not continually restricts them!
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to be extremely creative, and work in a positive environment, I came from an environment that was not like this, each day is a pleasure compared to other work experiences by a LONG shot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is a team, we are all parts of a machine, and each part is instrumental In the success of the machine, without each individual part the machine breaks. We oil the parts and keep the machine going full strength!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was personable, in the show room and with the branch manager and operations manager, and before that happened we toured the warehouse and met the team. It made me see what the operation looked like and who the team members were, made me want to be part of the team more.
