The days are long and stressful- being fulled staffed would lessen the workload. Also, having salesreps take accountability and be proactive with their accounts would reduce the stress for the branch and accounts. Lastly, more proactive inventory planning would be awesome!
I would feel more valued if I was paid what I was owed based off a wrong compensation plan from corporate. A company should not have their "values" posted in the breakroom, one being integrity, when they do not do what is right for their employees.
