Emser is one of the most challenging jobs I've had. They give you all the tools you need to do your job and each location is very unique so it's up to me to find a way to make the process work quickly and efficiently. If you're a critical thinker like me, it's a welcome challenge.

Challenging yet rewarding work environment that truly cares about the people employed by the company. It's literally working for a big small business, not corporate and feels like it. 10/10 stars, would recommend.

We have a lot of fun at work despite normal workplace stress and it's actually a joy to be here.

Commissions on sales make you feel like a part of the sales team and makes you understand the fruits of your labor that much better.

Getting bonused based on sales volume of the branch instead of paid based on a goal is amazing. Really makes you feel like it's your business and gives you owenership over your income.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working with a smaller team really makes it seem more like family. Emser is great about hiring people that will get along well to where you actually enjoy coming to work every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day is a new challenge and it's all about finding a way to overcome all obstacles. It involves a lot of critical thinking that helps make the day go by fast while truly challenging your talent and abilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter what the role at the company, no one is truly above any task that we do inside the facility from helping customers in the showroom to breaking down a truck or shipping orders. I have even had Regional Management in the warehouse helping to break down a truck in a suit.
