What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are not enough resources to complete the workload at hand. The company runs too lean so when a day comes that not everything runs exactly how it should, you constantly feel like you are drowning because you run at the bare minimum every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team while passionate about their jobs and being successful, lacks the ability to give actual resources to help build the business. The expectations to perform and want to perform are there across the company but actions to get to goals are abstract and not enacted
