What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isn't a single project that we can't earn the business on. If the opportunity is there, we have the resources and knowledge to obtain the business. Our mission statement and values have been helpful in influencing my team to develop the same culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every time I receive a new PAF I evaluate the opportunity with my routine and work behavior. I will change direction where necessary to ensure I'm fulfilling the companies goals as well as earning the maximum amount of compensation. I love that every year provides opportunity to grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm impressed with our technology, product development, class in which we operate, Find A Resource and all the information that helps me with my business. Sam Agajanian and Mike Weaver are engaged in a deep level. They have relationships with my customers and employees which is really great support
