The environment. I love the fact that everyone here is helpful and kind.

They've put a good amount of effort and emphasis on their training programs, which was genuinely helpful for coming on to the team.

I love the dynamic of the team. Everyone is friendly, easy to get along with, and they genuinely care about each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always willing to help each other out. This isn't a company where you have to worry about constantly looking over your shoulder.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I had the opportunity to speak with multiple in regards to the job. This really gave me the chance to feel confident when accepting the position.
