I love being surrounded by people that want and love to work as hard as I want to work for them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly believe in the people they hire. They let you be creative in your processes, and are nothing but encouraging when you have a question. There is absolutely no ego in this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works towards a common goal and are willing and available to lend a hand. My bosses have never stopped telling me how lucky they feel to have found me....I FEEL THE SAME WAY! The HR team led incredibly thorough onboarding---the best I've ever experienced.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very thorough. It encouraged me knowing that the company takes very seriously the people they hire because it showed me that I would be working alongside talented and hardworking people. I also loved that they wanted me to meet the branch team before i was hired to get their approval
