What makes you most happy at work?

Positive interactions with customers, discovering new opportunities with accounts, seeing sales growth with accounts that were $0 sales or downward trending previously

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My payment structure was revised with Covid last March (reduced fix pay) and it's never returned to what my original compensation was before Covid. I also struggle immensely with getting OOP expenses reimbursed and I've since given up on inquiring about it as I never receive it even when I reach out
