The company can do a better job in getting to know their employees instead of those with titles. I've seen and been at companies that send birthday cards or even gift cards to their employee for their birthdays. This company is only interested in higher ups. Enforcing mask wearing is a joke

Interacting with customers. Being able to provide great customer service to customers

They are dedicated to the company and will ensure that each region is successful in the overall objective

The best thing about my team is we work well together. We are there to help out each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued per say but i've notice that when a person decides to move on that is when the company or higher up decide to negotiate salary. Why wouldn't the company pay you what they assume your worth when you decide to leave
