My experience here has been very tiring both physically and mentally. We work in a very demanding business and we are expected to fairly fulfill that demand. However, with being compensated fairly and enjoying my work environment I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Branch override commission paid monthly based on branch sales
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are very approachable. I feel that I could pick up the phone and effectively discuss an issue with any of our leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Almost complete ambiguity in almost every aspect. We all have our own way of doing things yet we find a way to work together and get things done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to adapt and press on. From being faced with a logistics or inventory issue to a simple personal problem our culture naturally dictates to resolve fairly and move forward as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I see that smile or look of satisfaction on a homeowner's face after they have walked through our door with trepidation or uncertainty and leave completely confident in the selections with which I had helped them.
