More investment is needed in branches. We are too top heavy - too many regional and executive positions that are non revenue producing. Our new healthcare plan/provider is worst in the industry. Had to give up most of our doctors which is a problem. No 401k match is almost unheard of in our industry

They work hard and have each other’s back, very much a team atmos
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with customers and helping them win jobs and sell tile, drive their business and support their families. Winning big projects is exciting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The BM and the branch team are great to work with. They are over worked and need additional support but do a great job getting it all done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like our products and focus on design and style. They seem to get that part of the industry and how important it is to be a design leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
